Terms and Conditions

  1. Prohibition of Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the entire building and its premises. This rule applies to all clients, staff, visitors, and guests. Any violation of this rule will lead to immediate disciplinary action, which may include expulsion from the premises.
  2. Responsibility for Personal Belongings
The administration is not responsible for the safety or security of personal belongings lost within or outside the premises. All clients and visitors are advised to keep their valuables secure. Any lost items should be reported to the administration immediately, though assistance will be limited to the best of our abilities.
  3. Liability Disclaimer
The administration is not liable for any misconduct or wrongdoings by any individuals within or outside the premises. This includes activities that could harm other clients or the administration’s property. Responsibility for maintaining appropriate behavior lies with each client.
  4. Prohibition of Harmful Activities
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, activities that involve drugs, abusive language, sexual activities, harassment, explicit content, or fighting are strictly prohibited. Violations of these standards will result in immediate removal from the premises and may involve reporting to law enforcement.
  5. Fraud and Legal Compliance
The administration will not bear any responsibility for fraudulent activities conducted by any client. In such cases, we reserve the right to report any concerning behavior to relevant law enforcement agencies. All clients must maintain honesty and integrity in their actions.
  6. Adherence to Cybercrime Laws
All clients, whether temporary or permanent, must follow Pakistan’s Cybercrime Act 2016. Any form of cyber-related offense, including data theft or misuse of network resources, is strictly forbidden and will lead to legal action.
  7. Visitation Policy
Unscheduled visits are discouraged after 10 PM, except for scheduled meetings or interviews. Visitors are requested to notify the administration ahead of time if a late-night visit is necessary. This policy helps maintain the safety and security of the workspace.
  8. Damage and Liability
If any items within the premises, such as equipment, furniture, or fixtures, are damaged by a client, that individual or organization will be held responsible for repair or replacement costs. Clients are encouraged to treat all resources with care to avoid incurring these fees.
  9. Misuse of Resources
Misuse of available resources—including equipment, furniture, or communal items—will result in immediate expulsion from the premises. This includes excessive consumption of utilities, irresponsible use of office supplies, and disregard for shared resources. We aim to foster a respectful work environment where everyone can benefit.
  10. Accountability for Damage
Clients are liable for any damage caused, intentional or accidental. This includes but is not limited to vandalism, graffiti, or defacing walls, furniture, and washroom facilities. Responsible use of the workspace is expected at all times.
  11. Professional Conduct with Administration
Misconduct or disrespectful behavior towards administrative staff will not be tolerated. Such behavior will lead to removal from the premises. Our administration is here to assist, and we expect clients to maintain professionalism at all times.
  12. Restriction on Harmful Activities
Clients may not use this space for any discussions, events, or activities that could be considered harmful to national security or the broader national interest. Activities of a political, violent, or unlawful nature are not permitted.
  13. Electricity and Resource Usage Policy
The management enforces a fair electricity usage policy. If misuse is detected, management reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include imposing additional charges. Clients will be informed in advance should any action need to be taken.
  14. Security Deposit and Notice Period
A security deposit of one month’s rent is required before occupying the space. This deposit will be adjusted against the final month’s rent at the time of eviction, provided the client gives a minimum of one month’s notice. Failing to provide this notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
  15. Validity of Terms
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply. The invalidity of one section does not impact the effectiveness of other terms, and they will continue to be enforceable under applicable law.
  16. Termination Rights
The administration reserves the right to terminate any service at its discretion. Additionally, the administration may immediately revoke your access to services without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  17. Rental Fee and Payment
The rental fee is due on the first day of each month. Payments can be made via wire transfer, cheque, or cash. Late payments will be subject to penalties as per our policy. Clients are encouraged to keep payment receipts for their records.
